Fantastic experience renting one of the first units at this brand new facility. The process was straightforward and to the point, the associate who assisted me Robin was kind, polite, knowledgeable and very skilled. I was in and out within what felt like just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend this location as someone to get a unit if needed. One tiny little word of mention is the rolling carts they provide for you to use to assist with your moving are kind of small and "dinky", so maybe try and obtain your own when needing to move stuff around, but this has absolutely NO bearing on my thoughts of the facility, the unit I rented and the professionalism of Robin.

Did an amazing job at helping us with our storage. Also when sales rep on the phone gave us a smaller unit. Robin was good at helping us get a bigger unit. 10/10 would recommend from his helpfulness Robin did a great job.

Joseph is a superstar in the rental space. He is always very helpful and fast to rectify any issues that come up. This is the kind of employee every business needs.
