I had a really positive experience at Public Storage, and it was entirely because of Tanya. She helped me on her own and took the time to truly understand what I needed. I never felt rushed or like just another customer . She genuinely cared about making sure the lot I rented was the right fit for me, not just a quick transaction. Tanya was patient, kind, and attentive, and that made a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. It’s rare to come across someone who leads with understanding and professionalism the way she does. Because of her, I left feeling confident and taken care of.

Tanya was the most pleasant and friendly person I have encountered at public storage. She goes over and beyond when she helps her customers.. you can tell that she really does genuinely care about you and your happiness and understanding about the Unit you are renting. She knows her stuff too!!! She is very knowledgeable about her product that she sells. She spends time getting to know her customers and as I have already stated she likes to guarantee their satisfaction...
