I’ve been a long-term customer at this Public Storage location (Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA) for several years, and Cassandra has been the single most consistent reason my experience has remained positive. She is unfailingly professional, attentive, and solutions-oriented. Cassandra is very professional keeps up the property in top-notch condition this is the reason why we come in store our personal belongings because we know that she is looking out.
