OMG! Kelly (Kitty? Keatty?) is the BEST customer service rep I’ve ever encountered! I am retiring from the military, so hubby + I are looking for a temp storage unit during our transition. We went to Public Storage @ Smoke Ct but nobody home except a phone # on the door. The rep on the phone told us the Public Storage location on Telegraph Rd is running a sale, but the office is closed until tmrw. We were on the way to check-out the Telegraph location when Kelly called me on 2/20/26 early afternoon, w/in 3 minutes after I spoke to the rep on the phone. Kelly waited for us, showed us the storage unit, and how things work for her location (she’s worked there for 5+ yrs). Not only did she answered ALL of our questions and told me what I was signing before I signed, Kelly did so w/ a straight forward and enthusiastic attitude. She did not mind staying way past her time, and was happy helping us out…it shows! In summary, Kelly provided the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’d hire her if I were in the position to do so. Public Storage @ Telegraph Rd in Woodbridge, VA is very lucky to have her working there!

I moved into a 10x10 storage as advertised, at great rate, to my surprise the unit is only 7.9x10 that's is over 20 sq feet less, that is not cool at at all, there is a reason why I choose as advertised 10x10. Also the gate stopped working on our way out my self and multiple other cars where there just wondering what to do and how to get out. All n all NOT a good impression and very disappointed over all.

Sharon. Why did you do that? If you did not know how to transfer. Lord help us. Why was the refund policy not told to me when I asked several times. Bruh. I am glad I did not really rent at this location. I'm not sure Sharon would have done the paperwork properly. Bruh.
