Purely Storage

Wonderful company I do have some issues with the way they treat the homeless that rent out storage unit. If you're not homeless you can be there for hours but if you're homeless they only give you 30 minutes which is not enough time to clean up sort your things.

Aye this storage business is for the local people of yuba city and surrounding areas! Excellent prices, excellent communication, excellent payment scheduling, they understand life happens to everyone. they provide graces periods and storages of all sizes.

Update in retaliation of my review I have been evicted. I need the owner to please understand my husband and I never received nor did the manager suggestnew rules . And when my husband signed our agreement we were told every was the same an he just needed signatures. Also we were told the only one rule that I got a warning about was not being there after hrs for a long period of time that it was only meant for the three people with business license. Meant as a luxury to be able to run in and grab was needed for work and out not to be in unit after hours. We respected the request. But at no time was I under impression of anything else as I'm sure your security footage will show that we all three units used for working ECT were all there sometimes 3-4 times a week shop door wide open there for hours. We have never been told of these changes . I'm not arguing that you passed them on and assumed all tenants were up to speed but clear in the last 5 months you can see video of us all working. As I tried to tell the judgemental part owner that I nir my husband ,or the two units next to me were ever told we were not to use them for work or as a shop. . I like management, but it's not the tenant error for being told and explained to exactly wat they are shops . I will leave without issue but expect you to look at all that security footage and you to will see that we did not know . We broke no rules except being longer after hrs. Which after warning we understood. I expect that you are as decent as your past manager says you all are to understand as well as look at hole picture we never agreed to these things because we honestly and obviously were not aware. We expect our refund just for the month of March however the difference of Feb we are asking . But you can't hold us to accountability for notice not provide ,for being told it was a shop,that keep it cheap it clean ECT . We could be there during gate hours . Or having man walk up with a attitude try to talk down to me . And as far as the 30 min entrance or no refunds we never would of signed something so redic.. if may be for some and that's there choice but it's not for us . Having some control or time is . We would have just moved out or not moved in . I don't want to be treated like some criminal I don't want to be told I'm paying approx $700 month there but make no mistake Im a guest and have no rights to wat I am actually renting. Please understand we would and expect to be treated with respect and dignity. . Looking forward to resolving this . If there are other owner I hope to here from them as well so I know what you are gonna do . So I know what the next step is to protecting our belongings while moving them in a timely matter during the time I've paid for .
