Wow… when I first pulled into the gates yesterday, exhausted from 7 hours of moving and driving from San Francisco 🚚💨, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. But then Summer appeared—🌞✨—and that changed everything. There she was, sweeping out a storage unit with a smile on her face, totally enthusiastic, totally present. I took that as a sign… a good omen 🌈💫. It made me feel like I had finally arrived somewhere safe, somewhere where my belongings, my artwork, and honestly my peace of mind could rest. She stopped what she was doing just to chat for a minute 😊, then hopped in the golf cart 🛺 and personally escorted me to the exact unit I’d be using. She showed me the app 📱, taught me how to open the gates and the building, pointed out where everything was, and even made sure my lock and keys were waiting for me right inside the unit 🔐. After such a long day… the last thing I needed was attitude. But instead, I got a ray of light 🌤️💛. Summer was warm, patient, helpful—she embodied what I’d honestly call a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow 🌈✨. In that moment, I felt like my journey—from the heaviness of leaving San Francisco to the lighter, more hopeful side of Northern California—finally came full circle. These transitions are never easy… we all go through them once or twice in life. But people like Summer? They soften the landing 🕊️, make the complex parts bearable, and remind you that good souls still exist out here. Thank you, Summer, for being part of curbSmart and making me feel at home again 🏡🤍🌈

My thanks to Robert and Summer at the Yuba City, Ca location for keeping me connected the last couple of months during a time that was unpredictable in completing the 500+mile move finally to storage. Items required a climate control which I wasn't able to locate another facility in Yuba City, even to compare with. The price was fair, location very doable, and the staff, Robert and Summer, were very helpful and patient to make sure my move was smooth. Mission accomplished! The facility is spacious, clean, with a variety of unit options, great hours for office and accessibility and the price is right! What more can a person ask for?! A great way to start the new year!

Robert gave great customer service. I was able to tell that Robert really enjoys his job. He was so thorough on informing me of the rules ,gate access hours ,and explained the many ways I am going to be able to make my payments.He explained what I should expect when I arrive at the property,and even offered moving merchandise I might need such as boxes and tape.The world needs more Robert’s.
