We LOVED working with Santiaga! When she got us set up, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. When coordinating payments and units, she was so sweet and attentive, as always. She definitely took the stress out of a stressful situation. We truly love working with Santiaga and anyone would be SO lucky to get the chance to work with her!

Wow! I totally see why this place has such high ratings! First I called after hours unknowingly and the wonderful people at the after hours service were exceptionally helpful, informative, and kind, so that was a good starting point. Then on the following business day, I received a phone call from Ralph, an employee, to follow up and initiate the process. He was also very informative and kind because I was distracted and a little short with him ( sorry, Ralph! SORRY!!) As I was trying To figure out the logistics of Some personal things affecting my move in date. And then finally, I called again the next business day and walked in and the manager Santiaga was also excellent and friendly and helpful!! So basically from start to finish, it was a really really good experience. I move every year for work and this was hands-down The best storage experience I’ve ever had in any state. Highly recommended! Also— as a woman, I was impressed with how safe and secure the location is and also how clean it is!! I feel safe going there at night by myself, which is a huge plus!!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with both Ralph and Santiaga as we embarked on getting my nephew set up with a place to store his RV. Both were incredibly helpful and friendly and today when I finally got the RV to the storage location, Santiaga was SO helpful and friendly in getting me in, get to the spot, and helped guide me into the spot without taking out the corner of a building or so! LOL. I’ve never driven a 5th wheel before, but was moving my nephew’s RV with his big truck as he’s been hospitalized since late January due to a terrible accident (not in his truck or RV). I was confident I could do it, but also aware of my lack of experience where that kind of RV is concerned and Santiaga was a gem in helping me achieve success in getting that beast parked! Really, a huge thanks!! Also, love that the facility is easy to get to, get into and out of, and has really good security so you can feel safe in storing your items there. Win!!
