I drove over eight hours to come to Olympia to clean out my storage unit. (that I hadn't been to in over five years.) Along the way, I had car trouble in the evening on Saturday. I was feeling a great deal of stress. I left a message at the phone number. 30 min before they closed. Kerri returned my calls soon after. She was able to answer my questions and help put me at ease during a very stressful time in my process. If It were possible I'd give her fifteen stars out of ten✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ She went above and beyond any expectations I had. So much gratitude and appreciation💞

So convenient for downtown residents. The biggest asset is the manager Kerri - she is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She takes the time to listen to your needs and then offer options on which unit might work best for your individual situation. Plus she monitors the security of the units and is willing to check on things for you (even after hours if needed!) if any specific concern arises. We felt comfortable in renting on the spot without looking at any other storage facilities. Oh yes, and parking is on the curb right in front of the entry door. So far, we are very pleased - 5 big gold stars!
