Radiant Storage - Nederland

The facility is nice and clean and conveniently located. We have had no problems other than the gate being out of order once, but it has since been fixed. The rental process was very easy online. I would give 5 stars, but my rate increased shortly after move in. UPDATE: They are raising my rent yet again, so they just lost another star!

Great place nice clean storage units customer service is always great. And they understand if you are late on your payment and work with you on it. This is the best storage company that I've worked with. So far so I give him 5 stars.

The rental process was painless. The unit is exactly as described and I couldn't be happier. I forget the name of the person who helped me but she was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional as well. 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone i know of looking for a storage unit
