I’ve been renting here for a little over a month now, and my experience has been outstanding. Liz, the manager, has been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the start. The facility is always spotless and welcoming, which really sets it apart. The rolling carts made moving my belongings in so much easier, and they’re clearly well-maintained. The elevator is spacious enough to handle large furniture with no problem. Overall, this storage facility has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable, clean, and well-managed place to store their belongings.

I had a terrible experience with this location — unfortunately, for the second time. The woman named Elizabeth, who claims to be the manager of the Aurora location, is rude, unprofessional, and clearly dislikes dealing with customers. The first time I went there to rent a storage unit, she was already very unpleasant — unwilling to answer questions and acting as if helping customers was a burden. I still decided to rent because it was the closest facility to where I lived. Today I had another awful experience with the same person. I was having trouble opening my storage unit and, after trying for about 10 minutes, I called for help. She answered the phone with a terrible attitude, sounding annoyed as if I was bothering her. When she finally came to assist me, I managed to open the door — and instead of being professional, she said to me: “I can’t believe you made me come all the way here for nothing. Next time, try harder before calling me.” I was shocked. That’s completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying customer. I told her she was just doing her job, and if she didn’t like it, maybe she should find another one. She then started arguing back. When I went to the office to get her name, she was sitting in a dark room, apparently resting, which probably explains why she was so upset that I interrupted her. She said she had already called her boss to “explain what happened,” obviously trying to tell her version first. The worst part was when she sarcastically asked me if I even knew how to open the Google website to leave a review — as if I was stupid just because I couldn’t open the automatic storage door connected to the app. This woman should not be working with the public. She is disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Because of her behavior, I will be closing my account and moving my belongings to another company. I do not recommend Red Rocks Storage in Aurora. Very poorly managed and terrible customer service.

When we went to go look at storage units we had a great experience with Liz. She was so helpful, very resourceful, and respectful!! We moved farther than expected but definitely will be back when we are ready to get storage by my parents. We will come back to see Liz!
