SmartStop Self Storage

I’ve done a lot of business with a lot of people and companies in my life, let me tell you this place is exceptional! I can’t say enough about Gary and Beth who are some of the most amazing people I’ve had the pleasure to give my business to. The length that they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers simply doesn’t exist. The level of service here would be considered exceptional even 100 years ago. The facility itself is clean well maintained and feels very secure. The office is accommodating always staffed and is well equipped with everything you need. Our storage unit was perfect, super high ceilings and we got an amazing rate. Had my life stored here for a year and a half and never worried about a thing. Had one minor issue which was out of managements control and they did everything to make it more than better and still kept apologizing tho it was absolutely not their fault. Only downside was I had to move out a month ago so I no longer use their services. If I ever will have a need this is the only place I’ll use. I cannot possibly recommend this place enough, I wish them all the success in the world!

Jake was so great! Gave us a great price and unit location for our needs. SmartStop was clean and well kept. They also have carts to use!
