If you want a completely stress-free and seamless moving experience, I highly recommend Redondo Van & Storage! This family-owned company has been around for over 100 years, and many of their employees have been with them for 30+ years—which speaks volumes about the quality of their service. Ryan personally walked through our apartment to assess the job, providing us with a detailed and transparent estimate. He also shared incredibly helpful moving tips that made our preparation much easier. A week before our move, we even did a FaceTime check-in, where he offered additional advice to ensure everything was packed efficiently (like using larger boxes for certain items). On moving day, Ryan’s team of three friendly, efficient, and highly skilled movers arrived fully equipped and ready to go. They were fast, well-organized, and incredibly careful with our belongings—even taking the time to tighten some screws on a piece of furniture for us! I did compare Ryan’s estimate with other companies, and while Redondo Van & Storage wasn’t always the absolute cheapest, they were very competitive. More importantly, the trust and comfort level I had with them made the decision a no-brainer. Moving day—typically a stressful event—became a joyful experience thanks to Redondo Van & Storage. Redondo Van & Storage Please seriously consider Redondo Van & Storage (RVS) for your moving needs. I just used them for a cross country move pack out. They do not drive across the country but they refer you to a company called U-Pack in LA. From there your household goods go in a container truck (we reserved 20’ of the 28’ ) and is driven across the country where U-Pack on the receiving end drops the trailer at your house. This review is for the RVS portion of the move. I cannot say enough good things about this local company. I did so much research going in to my move on all of the big national companies. When I started my research, every company’s reviews were worse than the last. They all described the scamming they do with regard to holding your goods hostage for more $ after they have quoted you a weight and then after loading they magically tell you that you owe more $. Also the “lost/missing items scam. RVS sent their rep, Ricardo, to my house and he did a walk through and gave me a quote for them to come pack up and load into their truck and drive it to U-Pack and then transfer the load to the U-Pack trailer. Ricardo Gabe the the estimated 20’ for the U-Pack end and even did a 3 way call with me and U-Pack to make sure I made the reservation correctly. About a week prior to my actual move date, Ricardo came back for a final walk through and took some more photos. The RVS crew that came on moving day: Luciano, Anthony, and Ricardo (different one), could not have been more professional. And they were all business. They did a 5 minute walk through and got right to work. They brought a 26’ truck and I was so worried it wouldn’t fit that truck, let alone the 20’ I reserved at U-Pack. These guys did not stop. 3 and a half hours later they had it loaded up and filled to the brim. They barely stopped for a drink. There was no screwing off no slow walking the customer either. Total professionals. Now, here’s the best part. They then drove to U-Pack where the trucks were parked end to end so they could just connect the ramp between the trucks and then off-load the RVS truck load into the U-Pack truck. Everything was so perfectly packed that they fit my 26’ truck load into 16’ on the U-Pack truck!!! You then out your own lock on it and it is sealed up. Here is the kicker. The reason I went with U-Pack, along with the positive reviews, was they charge you by the foot, not weight! So no scam opportunity. And, U-Pack adds or decreases your cost $350/foot if it is over or under the estimated feet you reserved. RVS packed the truck so well they saved me 4 feet and $1400 from my estimate. Truly a work of art watching them pack the truck. Please be certain to give them a shot. They are a small local business with amazing employees. Even the customer service reps i woke with on the phone were always polite and courteous. Whether you are doing a local or cross country move, this company is 🔥

We hired Redondo Van and Storage a second time to complete our move. They were recommended to us by our Realtor, Charlene O’Neil This time our 6-foot-tall very heavy house plants in clay-fired pots were moved in addition to a tall floor lamp, living room furniture and some large heavy boxed items. Jorge and Luis did a careful job protecting everything before moving and also helped move some tall, heavy cabinetry to make room for the items in our new home. Jorge and Luis were courteous, professional, and very accommodating of all our requests! I recommend highly and with total confidence!
