The people who work at this facility exemplify the “reliable” spirit with down-to-earth professionalism, respectful communication, and just pleasant personalities that you can genuinely trust with your personal belongings. I lost my mother this year and I was notified after her home was cleared out that whats left can be found at this storage. I live almost 70 miles away and after losing a home in the Eaton fires, I could’ve lost my mother’s heirlooms as well if the items were placed anywhere else I believe. Alex and his team worked with me all the while honoring their policies. I can’t say enough. With a little patience and humanity solutions were found and they deserve 100 stars.

i have never rented a storage spot here BUT i have used this welcoming place for faxing and mailing packages. Nothing but welcoming, positive, great customer service! i don't know all of the staffs names but i also remember Ralph he helps me the most but their all awesome individuals
