Manager is excellent , helpful and professional. It's easy to get a hold of the manager. Easy to reserve a unit online as well as manage account. Manager takes care of queries quickly . My unit was reasonably priced , and the units are area is always clean . However a large Uhaul must be parked alongside unit to empty as not enough room to back into unit if wishing to unload a large Uhaul , but no problem with a pick up truck or van . Or smaller Uhaul . Easy access from highway 240, close proximity to Ruchland Airport , gas station close by , not a busy street . Cute waterfall at entrance and easy access .

Would give five stars for the manager, the facility, but the required insurance policy is over priced and my renters insurance covers the storage unit in addition. Hidden fee. Was not happy about it. But I’m happy otherwise.
