Right Fit Storage

My fiancé and I have had storage with right fit for almost 6 years now. Since COVID and they have been spectacular. The customer service is phenomenal. The facility is super clean and safe. The only thing we both hate is that there is no bathroom where the units are , you gotta walk all the way around to the front of the building to use the bathroom - but safety is first. Other than that my things are super safe and secure, it's very clean and monitored. The employees are fantastic, even their customer service line is phenomenal and they're available everyday. We spoke with Mariah today 1 - 9 - 2025 @ 3:05pm and she did a wonderful job. She was super friendly and I just really appreciate being appreciated by the company that i'm giving my money to. We've never had any problems over the years that they couldn't resolve for us. And as a matter of fact there has truly only been one problem, when we forgot the code to get in the gate. And we look forward to continuing our storage needs with this company.

Spoke with Mr. Christian from Customer Service. He’s perfect. He answered all of my questions he serviced with accurate information needs. He cut down any confusion about telecommunications per each individual store. He provided me with an updated phone number for the location. I have Storage bins at he gave me great accounting knowledge as to what my bill was and he has an accurate temperament for the job. He should go go far with this company. .
