RightSpace Self Storage

I was very happy. to find RightSpace Self Storage. It was a little hard to see from the road but well worth the trouble of locating it. The woman in the front office was super friendly and able to answer all my questions and found just the right storage locker for me with the great price! I highly recommend RightSpace Self Storage!

Termites. Termites. Termites. $1000 in damage in just three months after termites came up form the ground through the cracks in the concrete inside the storage unit. Probably not all storage units are susceptible but mine was. The insurance RightSpace will sell you DOES NOT cover pests and they will not reimburse you for something out of your control and entirely in theirs.

When we originally rented a unit here, we were told it was climate controlled. The first couple of years were fine. When the new company came in last year, suddenly the temperature in the unit significantly increased and we ended up with some damaged items. We recently learned that it is not in fact climate controlled, but they use a swamp cooler. The price is outrageous. We moved to another storage facility recently and are now paying a lot less. RughtSpace is more than double what we pay now. The office is rarely open during posted office hours. On many occasions the open sign is up with the doors locked. Sometimes there is a sign up that they are walking the property. If you need to talk to someone in person, they make it very difficult. The security of this location is the only positive.
