I’m extremely unhappy with my experience at this storage facility on Locust Street in Victorville. Access has become a constant problem. They keep the gates chained up so there’s no way to get in, even during times we’re supposed to have access. It’s frustrating and completely unreliable. Management is the worst part. The manager lives right across the street, but she’s never around to help. The only time I actually saw her was when she and her boyfriend drove around the facility kicking people out. It felt very unprofessional and honestly intimidating. She once told me there was “too much movement” around my unit and accused me of renting storage units just to get discounts. I felt singled out, judged, and completely disrespected as a paying customer. There was no reason for her to talk to me like that, and instead of helping, she made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. Overall, this place has gone downhill. The lack of access, the chained gates, the poor communication, and the unprofessional management make it a place I can’t recommend to anyone.

Very friendly and professional people, clean and safe facility, good prices, the manager is very nice, I know this place for a long time, I’ll give them A+.
