Saf Keep Storage

Online experience glitched half way through but the staff at the facility was able to finalize the process. Got a good deal so I’m happy. Also, the staff was great in showing me units when I was shopping around. They also assist and are helpful every time I ask. And they are actually around and findable at the facility. The first storage place I went to in the area was horrible compared to this facility and charged me even though I canceled within 2 hours. It also had multiple burglaries in the last year (found out after I signed up)! Doesn’t seem to be the case here. Read reviews before you sign up! I would recommend Saf Keep to a friend.

Beatrice and her team are always knowledgable, take the indicative to solve problems and be helpful. They take care that the facility is clean and safe. I feel security and safe with my property being stored at Safe Keep and strongly recommend them to any one needing storage.

I need a place to store lubricant in the Glendale area for a business contract we landed. I called ahead a few days before and was completely transparent and open with the staff member on the phone about what we planned to store. She confirmed over the phone that we were authorized, so I reserved a unit, drove up 3.5 hours in traffic from San Diego to fill out paperwork, only to find out when I arrived that the staff member at the call center was mistaken. The on-site staff turned me away and said I wasn't permitted to use the facility after all. Massive waste of my whole day that could have very easily been avoided if staff was properly trained. Extremely frustrating experience dealing with this company.
