Carlos is most helpful and made our rental a breeze. So fast and easy! I stopped by about two weeks ago to inquire about pricing and availability on very short notice. Carlos had me covered. I returned later that day and Carlos had my paperwork ready. We unloaded our trailer and when Carlos saw we were struggling he jumped right in and helped! We could not have done it without him! Today, I rented a small climate controlled unit to store odds and ends. Safe Harbor is close to our house and so convenient. The prices are very good. And the access hours are great. Many thanks!

We rented a uhaul but when we got there we had a little trouble with the reservation. Carlos helped us solve everything quickly and with ease. The truck was clean and nice. Self pickup and drop off is really easy. We had a great experience overall.
