Safeway Freezer Storage

Arrived 0525. Gate said rcv 6am. 610 before anyone showed up to unlock the gate. Instructions say to park to the right and come back to guard shack by the gate. Get there after parking, new sign said fo to office by door 31. Walk back there, waited 20 min foe 2 drivwrs that came thru the gate AFTER me to get checked in. Waited 10 min for door assignment. Walk back to truck at front of property. Wait 2 hours in front of the door to even get the seal cut. And that was after asking dock workers when it was my turn. Note to self......drive all the way back and park in front of office by door 31. At least there is decent room to maneuver.

I came two 1 days earlier they said come back next day 7:00am appointment day and came 7:00am and had 1:00pm appointment now it’s passed hour my appointment time I’m still waiting for dock they said they are too busy like 🤷🏻‍♂️ today and I was first truck to enter their facility 7:00am. I don’t understand what’s the point of appointment I’m sure if I was minute late they would have said to reschedule or wait until end of day . 👎🏼👎🏼

Super easy in and out. Go through the gate. Park on the right. Walk back up to the front gate and go into shipping/receiving. Get your door number, back in and when they are done they will hand you the paperwork. Park back in the staging area and walk back to shipping/receiving with paperwork go pull up to the gate they will come out to make sure the seal is on and you're done. Total time in the whole facility 1 hour and 15 min. We are thoroughly impressed. Staff was really nice too a little slow but hey they gotta get it all done correctly.
