San Dimas Lock-Up Self Storage

Are unit is infested with rats. Informed the office manager, but the problem was never resolved. Everything in our unit is covered with rat pee and droppings. The furniture was chewed on, nests were made in cardboard boxes. Plastic containers were chewed through. The majority of our items in the unit are ruined. And rodent insurance only covers up to $400. As soon as you walk up to the building you see rat droppings, and it's throughout the inside of building. The smell is horrible. Opened up the door to use the elevator and there was a rat's nest in the corner. Another Client told us they pulled a box out of their unit to load into the car, It was soaked in rat pee, so they opened it up and the rat was still inside the box. Stay away from the 2 story building. They may have reasonable prices, But it's not worth it.

Love the management but company hasn't returned my $1000.00+. I've been waiting since December

Great customer service skills. Was smooth with handling all transactions and very courteous to customers. I'd highly recommend doing business with San Dimas Lock-up Self Storage.
