Scottsdale Storage

The rates seem very reasonable and the staff has always been very responsive when I reached out, but most importantly, they worked with me with kindness and understanding as I cleared out a storage unit that had been rented by my family member. After I discussed it with them, they even arranged for the removal of the items that we needed to leave behind, which made a painful situation a bit less difficult during a very challenging time.

I’ve had a storage unit here for 2 years simply due to their location. The storage units are very small. There is only one trash can and it’s all the way in the very back of the facility, and customers are not allowed to use it. There is no parking, so you basically block every else’s access when you try to park by your unit. They did raise the price of the storage units, without any notice, and quite significantly too. Like said, did not notify anyone that they intended to do so, which caused me personally significant late fees and to be locked out of my unit, which caused more problems for me. I wish this facility was open and available 24 hours a day! They are closed and locked up and GONE BY 6 pm everyday, and sometimes earlier than that. It makes storage almost inaccessible for most people, especially those of us that have jobs! I am looking to move my things to a facility that has 24 hour access and better prices,

I have been renting with scottsdale storage for 3 months now and they have taken great care of me! Ryan helped me find a great unit that could fit all of my belongings. I highly recommend talking with him while you are considering scottsdale storage. He's literally awesome!!
