Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with storage, no joke. Getting a unit was easy and the customer service is great. When I moved out I hadn't cancelled my monthly payment, Lisa called me two days in a row since she had noticed my unit was empty (I had taken the lock off) just to ask if I wanted to cancel. And keep in mind, these guys aren't nearly full, she was not doing this to give it to someone else. Not only that, rent had gone through on my card FIVE days before I finally picked up the phone, and she still got me a full refund for that month, no fuss. I've used a few different places in BCS, but I will be renting here from now on.
