Great pricing, convenient (and surprisingly quiet) location. I initially signed up online...and while the process wasn't perfect, It was easily rectified and taken care of quickly by the online customer care team. However, the shining star of my story is the onsite manager, Mr. Darius. Within 24 hours he had reached out to me to verify my reservation as well as make sure i didnt have any more questions. Additionally, he gave me his direct information, in the event I had any subsequent needs. If you have ever rented a unit from these large online storage companies, you know its very rare that they have an onsite person and usually your only option to deal with problems or questions is contacting their call center. While my experience interacting with the online call center was positive, it sure is great to know that a local person cares and is there for you. I tip my hat to you Mr. Darius - thank you for ensuring I have a great experience......You, sir, made my day! If you are looking to rent a storage space, I highly recommend this SecurCare facility. You wont find a better location, price or onsite manager!
