I want to give an outstanding review for Marzette at the Haughton location. She was incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me as a loyal customer. I’ve been a customer since 2022, and when I needed to transfer to a new unit, Marzette made the entire process completely painless. The transition was seamless, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail—no issues whatsoever. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Marzette represents the company with excellence, and because of her, I continue to feel confident and valued as a long-term customer. Highly recommend working with her.

Very, very friendly staff and willing to help I definitely recommend them. Although the only problem I have has even though I provided my renters insurance I found I was being charged for their insurance for over a year and unfortunately, since I had it set up as automatic pay, I wasn’t paying attention to the amount drafting so I did not realize it until after I was checking into a rate increase I also wasn’t aware of and that’s when I found out. I was also being charged for insurance and had been for over a year. And when I talk to the manager of the location at the time, she assured me that it would be credited back to my account and that she would have her district manager credit my account For being overcharged Although that never happened nor could I ever get the District manager to return my calls Either. talk to multiple individuals, although never was able to talk to the District mngr.

I Was only there for a hot second but mrs marzette was very helpful and professional. We need more people like this in the work field! Positive attitude and great customer service.
