I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing conditions at 12336 Carson Self Storage since the change in ownership. As a long-time resident, I am truly disappointed in the significant decline in both the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. Over the past year, the property has become increasingly neglected. Trash is frequently left outside, and the hallways are consistently dirty, creating an unpleasant and unsafe environment. More concerning, however, is the infestation of rats that has severely impacted my unit. I have found rat feces in my unit, and the pests have caused damage by chewing through boxes and even shoes. This not only poses a health risk but is also a significant inconvenience, as I now have to inspect and clean all shipments before they leave my unit. Furthermore, the recent rent increase is completely unjustified given the deteriorating state of the property. I am paying higher rent for subpar living conditions, which is both unfair and unacceptable. I had hoped that the change in ownership would lead to improvements, but instead, the situation has only worsened. It is with great frustration that I am now considering moving out due to these ongoing issues. As a loyal customer for years, I expect more than this level of neglect and poor service. I hope this matter is addressed urgently, as the current state of affairs is unacceptable. I request a prompt response to discuss potential resolutions to these concerns. If nothing is done to rectify the situation, I will be forced to explore other options for my storage arrangements.

I would like to leave a review for the location and on Carson Street in Hawaiian garden went in there and the manager was excellent, professional was able to answer all the questions and I was able to rent a space for my car . I also have three units at the same location
