SecurCare Self Storage

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. This place needs to be shut down. Months ago I had my unit broken into and practically everything was stolen. After filing a police report, the company refused to cover my stolen items and wouldn’t reply to my calls or emails. Crystal moved me into a new unit that cost 10 dollars a month more. Yesterday I came back to the unit to get all of my stuff and the office was closed. I called the number on the door and no answer. I looked inside the office window and saw 3 women lying in a bed inside of what looked like a crack lair. Garbage and stains all over the floor, broken windows and giant water bong on the floor. The whole place smelled like drugs. I went around the back and an entire colony of drugged out homeless people were living out of the units in the back and had broken into many units. There’s children living here too. The cops need to get involved.

james was very pleasant and professional and gave quality customer service. i will highly recommend this storage. Now that someone that really care is working here now,,great job keep it up😊

My husband and I have been using SecurCare Self Storage for over 6 years and it's never looked better! There have been a few different property managers over the years; some better than others. Since January, when the new Property Manager Donna started things began to look a whole lot better. You can tell she has worked very hard to make the area clean and even safer! The Assistant Manager, Heather is also outstanding. She was so helpful when my husband and I came to take a few things out of our storage unit today. She went out of her way making our visit so easy and pleasant. I highly recommend SecurCare!
