PRO: The grounds are kept up. The location is convenient and gate hours are reasonable. CONS: The onsite manager is not in the office consistently, Often there is a note on the door that he/she is out even though it is during regular business hours. If you call the location phone number, you get their company customer service department who will not transfer you to the location under most circumstances. There is a mice problem. There were always fresh droppings here and there in my unit. OVERALL, this place will rip you off! The rent is overpriced and rate increases are unjustified. They say due to market variations and there are different prices for the same size unit depending on when you signed up. The longer you stay the higher your rent. Shows they have zero customer loyalty. Don't set autopay up through their bill pay system. They will charge your account and you'll never get a refund if there is a dispute as it is their policy to not grant refunds on any prior charges. Despite the fact that by the time they send you an invoice or notification that your account has been charged, it is a already a prior charge at that point. Apparently, there is not a single soul in the company that has the ability to issue a credit.

Clean storage, just be aware the price you sign up with will go up pretty good without warning, about 3 months later. They get you in (my buddy recommended them to me before he knew what they would do to him) and then Walla price goes up $65 per month. I did a tremendous amount of shelving for my unit but will now look for a cheaper location because I can't justify that amount for my parts that I may need down the road. If it's the cheapest for my size, I'm fine with it, I'm sure they have it in writing somewhere in small print about the price hike. :). thanks

Received excellent service from Alex this morning. Rented a 10 x 10 storage unit. Facilities And storage unit were clean and well maintained. Great location. Alex was very thorough and explaining which units were available and the layout of the property. Before I could even get over there, he had the door open and the unit ready for me. Thank you!
