I have been with this storage facility for 6-7 years now. I am so happy with new management and the extended hours. I actually got a second unit today from Joe and he was very helpful with showing me and setting up another unit. Great people and extended hours make this the best place in town

Was able to store everything from a previous move for several years here. Everything was as I left it with no mold or water damage. Move out wasn’t an easy process online but Joe was able to help me in person at this location with the move out receipt which was much appreciated

Joe was very helpful and answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. The whole process was smooth and easy, and we felt confident renting right away. Great customer service — highly recommend Secure Storage in Rancho Santa Margarita!
