I just realized that I have been using your facility for over 9 years. I recently moved into a smaller unit, down from 2 very large units, finally. Fabiola was my initial contact and continues to be the person I always see. She is great. She is knowledgeable, always friendly and helpful. I think she represents your company very well and is an asset as an employee. She has some really good ideas on improving the place. Your facility is always clean, safe and I have never had any issues.

Outstanding administrative staff in person Fabiola was very helpful and the online customer service was helpful knowledgeable and polite. Fabiola too the time to show us the unit that we needed and was happy to let us have a second look just to be sure our needs were met 👍thank you for your patience and time
