Words can barely describe how impressed I am with this place and the front desk employee Ronnie. While the system only allows you to rate 5 stars but my experience truly deserves a 5.5 star it was unbelievable how kind Ronnie was. From start to finish Ronnie was seamless and exceeded every possible expectation he demonstrated a unparalleled level of professionalism and attention to detail that's hard to FIND. The communication was prompt and incredibly helpful and making me feel valued and informed the whole time. Ronnie made me feel like there was no other place like here. Hes definitely committed to his job. I've had no problem at all in 6 months here it's a amazing place I would recommend it to everyone 💯% thanks EZ secure and Ronnie thank you keep up the great work!!!!!👍👍👌💯

I recently stopped in to check out prices on a couple storage units. Ronny was working the front desk and let me just say he has the patience of a god because I asked about 100 questions! He even showed me a couple units so that I felt comfortable about where my stuff would be going! I went in for information about a unit and renting a UHaul you could tell the guy at the front desk took pride in his job, was super informative and personable. If you’re looking for a place to store all the shit you probably don’t even need this is the place for you! I know I’ll be back with all my gizmos and gadgets galore!
