SecureSpace Self Storage Federal Way

I’ve had a great deal of change in my life this last 18 months but the one thing that has remained constant is having a secure place for my belongings while in transition. Katie is both professional and empathetic in her dealings as property manager. My experience has been a positive one. I would recommend Secure Storage to my friends and family if the need for off site storage was necessary.

Ok, I say 4 stars because it has been good as in customer service,cleanliness, and I can't complain about the actual unit either. However, I do feel like after the initial deal is over on my 1st or 2nd month renting a unit here, that they increase the price extremely too high and too fast. The price just increases every now and again by like 50$-60$ and it has left me feeling like I am being taken advantage of. I suppose I would recommend this place for all reasons except for pricing. This place ain't cheap. If I could make the entrance gate stay open until 10:00 pm instead of 9:00 pm that would be way cooler too.☺️

Gave them a 5 star because of Rosa. I had to downsize, as the price increase was over my budget. Rosa was amazing! She helped me find something that fit my things and my budget. Thank you Rosa!! I really appreciate you!!
