I spoke with WILL and he was amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever had. He knew the answers to all my questions and was very patient when i needed multiple explanations. If you ever have a problem or just want to rent a storage here make sure to ask for Will to get the best care. Thank you will you are exceptional.

Jessica, Mary and Troy all have very Outstanding Customer Service very informative Great Promotions and very helpful very courteous not to mention no problems with my personal items stored in their facility. My unit was vacant since 1/6/2026 An Employee was fired named Jessica and she did note my move out. Then they proceeded to charge me and used an excuse that I was on autopay. It has already been 2 months and still have yet to receive my refund or call back that I was told I would receive more than once. Highly disappointed don’t recommend wasting your time or money with this facility or business.
