SecureSpace Self Storage Rosemead

*** Celeste was extremely helpful in assisting me with a convenient storage locker with easy access at an affordable price for my budget. *** This was my 1st assessment of this facility (and of Celeste). I’ve since changed my mind. I am now VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with my choice of storage and parking but unfortunately, there are no other facilities available that I can find. I (now) know that I am NOT ALLOWED to park my transportation vehicle that I use to get to and from my house (some 10 miles away) in the space that I PAY FOR overnight while I’m using my commercial box truck. Gate access is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and I sometimes work past 10:00 PM and VERY RARELY before 7:00 AM So… I have a business where I can park my truck nearer to my house that I can take an Uber home from and pick up my truck the next day, but Celeste won’t budge on her rules and just like an Elementary School Hall Monitor is adhering to them. Today, I parked my box truck in my assigned space (during access hours) and proceeded to visit the office to inquire about an additional storage unit there and I parked my personal car in a space near the office. After I was done with my inquiry, I then walked next door to a business where I ansked about parking my personal car (there) on the rare occasion I needed it. I was waiting to be seen by the manager of (that) business (who was in a meeting) when I got a call from Celeste telling me that I “can’t leave my car unattended in the parking space” I was NEXT DOOR FOR LESS THAN 1 HOUR. I’m not happy with her Commandant like behavior and I’m presently looking for another place to store my personal belongings and alternate parking for my commercial truck. Note: None of this review would be necessary if I could simply pay for extended hours for gate access or if they would simply allow me to park my car in the space I pay for until I can switch vehicles the following day. I see no harm in allowing this since it’s MY CAR parked in a space that I PAY FOR. They need to change their rules or at least explain them better BEFORE you sign on the line.

Celeste at the Rosemead location was awesome and a huge help! She was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I really appreciated the great customer service, highly recommend Secure Space Self Storage! :)

Had some trouble with our unit recently and Celeste went above and beyond to help us fix the situation. She recently became the manager and she has exceeded all my expectations with customer service. Shes very personable and courteous. She really impressed me and makes me so happy I chose to store my things at this location.
