I’ve just started renting a unit here, so I can’t speak to the long-term experience yet, but so far everything has been very positive. I’ve only interacted with one staff member, Russell, who is the manager at this location, and if he’s the one greeting you when you walk in, you’re in good hands. From explaining the lease to showing me the units I wanted to see, the entire process felt relaxed and unpressured. I never felt pushed to make a decision on the spot, which I really appreciated. Russell came across as approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on what was best for the customer. I had made two separate online reservations, one at this location and one at another location owned by the same company. I was clear about my expectations at both, and the difference in approach was immediately noticeable. I returned here two days later as promised, not because the other location failed to meet my expectations (and it did fail to meet them), but because of how comfortable and straightforward the experience was at this location. I’m happy with the decision I’ve made and plan to continue renting here until my plans change. If you visit this location, look for Russell. He’ll do his best to accommodate you.

Five stars for the customer service here! The front desk team is professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. No hidden fees or 'salesy' pressure—just honest advice and a very quick check-in process. The facility is well-maintained, but it’s the helpful staff that really sets this place apart.

Christopher was incredibly helpful. I’ve never experienced someone explain things so thoroughly and accurately before. Everything was very clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and confident. Honestly, I don’t think there’s a better place than this. Highly recommended!
