This location is infested with mice and rats. I have been a customer since 2022 and have given them over $4,800 in rent for the 48 months I have been a customer. I went to my unit in October 2025, to find a complete rat/mice infestation in my unit. I lost the majority of my items, which I have totaled to be a loss of over $3,000 worth of personal possessions. At the time, I was paying $169.88 for a 5x10 unit, which included the renters protection insurance - which basically is for nothing. The option I was given by the manager was I could move. She gave me a list of open units to tour, they were as follows: 3514, 3634, 3615. She basically said to me that she doesn't recommend moving into the ones that were near my unit, as I would only continue to deal with this issue. She offered me a smaller, newly added on unit which was cheaper. Since I lost so many items, I was able to downsize into this 5x7 unit, which was $58.10 a month. I had to move my items myself and only had 1 day to do so. I paid College Hunks Hauling Junk to remove the SOILED items covered in rat/mouse pee/poop. Everything stunk, was chewed up and completely ruined. I paid over $500 for them to do this. So overall, I was now -$3,500 for this experience. The reason I am writing this now, is my rent has now been increased from $58.10 to $105? How can they justify an increase of this much, if the quality of their product has just gotten worse? I have ran into other tenants in my building and in conversation have agreed it is nasty, dirty, and not kept clean. In December 2025, myself and another tenant walked up the stairs to a pile of HUMAN or DOG FECES in a large pile at the top of the stairs. It was disgusting. Please do not rent from this company.

Jessica was awesome! Her excellent customer service skills are what made me choose to rent here. She was very informative and took the time to make sure that I understood everything. Customer service is very important in keeping a business alive and she definitely has hit the benchmark for this company. On another note, when I first came there the A/C in the office was out. A few days later I came back again and it was still out. It was very hot in there and i almost changed my mind about renting, especially since the whole place is supposed to be climate-controlled. Also, the call center shouldn't have to call me 3-4 days in a row at 9am to ask me if I have any questions regarding my reservation. If it wasn't for Jessica I would have changed my mind.
