Security Self Storage - Beryl

I want to commend the Team at Security Self Storage (Beryl Road) for the excellent customer care I received during my recent visits. My initial contact was with rental coordinator Rachel, who was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She thoroughly checked all the paperwork! My most recent contact was with rental coordinator Shaun, who quickly verified and researched my account. Calmly and professionally, he explained company protocols, answered my questions and followed up with me soon after my visit! I also received assistance from billing/manager Jordan with answers to my questions and a quick turn-around on a customized receipt. Security Self Storage at Beryl Road is always clean and well-lit. The team is responsive and the text communications are appreciated.

Shaun did a great job helping me find the right storage unit!!! This facility is clean and the staff is wonderful.

If I could rate less than 1 star...i would. Diane has always had the upmost unprofessional and rudest attitude. I thought I had find the perfect facility to store my belongings until I move to a permanent home. It seems as if they are only in the business to take and to not provide efficient and good quality customer services. When I knew I was not going to be able to make a payment on time, I called ahead before my due date and offered a explanation of my personal situation and also offered to pay half before it was due. I was told several times that they will not accept any partial payments. They continued to refuse any payments from me. I have several witnesses. Diane made it seem as if there were options to avoid auction after refusing payments multiple times. But that wasn't the case. They have added expensive fees and extra charges that could have been avoided and yet still refuse to accept any payments. I even asked if I could at least remove my personal pictures of me, my kids and family...Diane refused. I also mentioned that some of the furniture in there is still being paid for as well as a desk that belongs to my employer. Diane has refused to work with me in any way. I am beyond upset and disgusted let alone disappointed. She never has a friendly tone whenever I talk to her. Today I called for hours and did not get an answer until later this evening. Every time I talked to her she would say things like "what difference will another day make you can't pay the total amount now" and I have been trying to make payments before I was past due. I have dealt with other storage facilities and NEVER had this bad of an experience or had to deal with unpleasant customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
