Has a great experience today at Security Self Storage! We have a unit there and needed more space. Lauren was so nice and helpful and was able to quickly find us a larger open unit - that was double the space and only a couple dollars more than we were paying! Lauren provided exceptional service today and did so with a smile! Happy to see great customer service still exists! Thank you Lauren!

Just ok... have a climate unit and haven't had any issues. Customer service has been good, everyone has been helpful. Just expect them to pull the usual storage unit move and increase your rates around month 3-4 around 30-40% . Most of them do it, unless you find one that does a rate lock. Terrible unethical industry practice within the storage unit industry.

Very good price and deals (77.43 first month and then $112.99 after that for a 10x10 ) Lauren was very pleasant and explained in every detail the cost and discount. I will recommend a friend.
