Great service. They are understanding and very nice to work with. We had specific dates in mind and they worked with us. I have rented 2 seperate times. Very clean and the climate control is perfect for what we needed.

Super sketchy. Don't be fooled by their low-ish prices. You get what you pay for. First, they tried charging me more than I agreed to. Then, before I even signed the rental agreement, they took money out of my bank account without my consent. Not to mention, they even said they wouldn't do that until I signed the lease agreement, which I never did. Then, their insurance policy looks great but when you read the fine print it covers absolutely nothing. Also, customer service is sub-par. STAY AWAY FROM JEK VIKING STORAGE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

They are really good with communicating. They maintained the cleaniness and added more storage, more security and LIGHTS in the back which was sorely needed. Autodebit for pay. No human on site but if you call there's someone staffed around the corner.
