Superior Storage - Madison

Gerry helped me out a lot, I wasn't sure which unit would fit my needs best, but he showed me a few different units and we found one that works for me! He walked me through the different prices and lease price lengths. They're all month to month, but you can pay a slightly higher amount to guarantee that price for a certain amount of months. I was initially going to rent one online, but wasn't sure about the size, so I figured I'd go and get help in person. You do have to get insurance, it's a small extra fee on top of the base price, unless you go through your own insurance agency, but they might not insure for as many situations as Superior does. Overall very good experience, Gerry does a fantastic job!

Jerry at Superior Storage was great. He helped me sort out the best deal and was really helpful when I arrived at the site, even explaining how to open the door / latches etc. On the first day of my rental the snow had been completely cleared right up to the role up door making it much easier and safer to access.

Clean units, nice location. 24 hour access but not entirely fenced/gated. Gerry was extremely helpful with everything both times I’ve needed a unit. I would recommend determining exactly how long you intend to rent beforehand, if possible, as this will be helpful in navigating their somewhat obscure price tier system.
