Self Storage at Chapel Hill

I had a great experience at Self Storage Chapel Hill today. The facility was clean, easy to access, and felt very secure. Aidan was especially helpful, super friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They have been a huge help for JIF Landscaping & Welding LLC by giving us a safe and convenient place to store our equipment. The whole process was quick and stress free, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

The facility is clean and easily accessible. Disappointed, as an existing customer, that I couldn't rent another unit at the discounted special rate that is advertised online. I didn't see anything in the "special offer" where it only applies to new customers. Also not a fan of my existing rate jumping 35% after less than 1 year of renting a unit there. I was given another unit at my existing rate which is, after 3 months, still 35% higher than the advertised discount rates. I am not a fan of upper management having existing customers subsidize the 35% discounted rates for new customers, by raising rates 35% on existing customers.

During an extremely difficult time in my life, after losing my mom, Bianca truly became such a blessing. Managing everything that comes with a loss is overwhelming, but she made this entire process so much easier for me. She was patient, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism meant more to me than she will probably ever know. I am truly grateful for her and highly recommend this storage facility — especially if you have the chance to work with Bianca.
