Self-Storage at U-Haul

A employee stole all my items and quit work. Management played dumb and did nothing. Going to sue.

They moved my unit and didn’t attach my name to it, dumped all my stuff and didn’t communicate it. They had no record that I had ever been there even though I had keys and a key card. They weren’t helpful at all didn’t try to help. The only way I got any answers was when I talked to customer service who actually was able to dig and get me answers unlike the manager at the facility.

I highly recommend U-Haul truck rental and storage clean facilities friendly and informative staff and very helpful.
