Self-Storage at U-Haul

Store was very helpful. When we got to the store to finalize check in, we found out the size we reserved online was going to be to small and wanted to get a larger unit. They had no issues helping us get the larger unit. We had issues at first but they were not going to give up and the manager Eric got us taken care of, even though they had to stay a little past closing, they were not upset at all. I can tell that everyone at the store during my move in, are truly about taking care of the customer at all costs.

Really incredible employees! Everybody was very kind and helpful. Courtney personally helped me and told me everything I needed to know about having a storage unit there. I greatly appreciated his help. Can't recommend this place enough!

The staff were very helpful and professional! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The facility is very clean and I love the drive in loading and unloading area.
