My husband and I were dealing with a difficult move already. We ran into some issues with the U-Boxes being available and some clear communication on the lift driver availability for the weekend which was our move out time but AM Paris and The Manager Mark for the Collierville,TN location was just the best in a very stressful situation. The both of them went well beyond ‘“above and beyond” and we could not thank enough for their support and understanding and willingness to listen to help us come to a solution!!!!!
