Self-Storage at U-Haul

Jeanneth was very helpful over the phone and in person with helping me find a quick and easy solution to store my over sized couch and ottoman during a last minute move fiasco. You can definitely tell that she is passionate about helping customers with their storage needs. She even took the time to explain everything to me and welcomed me to Fort Wayne ! If I have more storage needs in the future, I would definitely go to this location. Thanks Jeanneth for being patient with me and my oversized couch !!!

Doors to storage units are thin plywood. Which doesn't say "secure" to my soul. I was told it had been swept prior to us moving in, but we obviously have different definitions of swept. The cameras that you can see in the main office are out of focus and blurry.
