The management is excellent. Elsie was so kind and welcoming and literally the first face I saw upon move-in. And, Jan was gracious and helpful during my move-out. The Customer Service is first rate, the prices even better (than competitors), and I will be/have been strongly recommending to friends.

Just keep in mind to not just turn in your lock and keys. The staff needs your information on which unit you moved out of to close your account. Then receive a receipt to clear you in the future if needed.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. Was such a hassle free process looking at their different sizes that were available and renting one. The gentleman that showed me the units didn't make me feel pressured to getting one or rushed. Answered all questions that I had. Facility is well maintained, has air condition and is very clean. Also it is a secure building so not anyone can go in the elevator. Wish there were bigger dollies and a little more of them. Other than that I would highly recommend this location.
