Self-Storage at U-Haul

Clean, convenient, and organized U-Haul location with excellent staff. Lorraine's customer service stood out to me as one of the best experiences I've had with any company representative. She is very kind, patient, resourceful, and has so much aloha. I previously used the self-check in to rent a a moving truck, but she made the whole process faster and easier. She removed an item I had accidentally reserved, and was quick to find a workaround when the card reader wasn't working with my card. As I was planning to store larger items, she also took the time to show me different storage units to make sure I would have enough clearance to move the items in from the hallway. Lorraine made the whole experience seamless, and made U-Haul at Kamake'e Street my go-to location.

Ipolani Moss and her team of associates always provide excellent customer service. When I go to access my storage unit, the Kakaako site is always clean and easily accessible. Ipo and her team are always ready to help if I need new storage options or possible U-Haul vehicle rentals. I hope that Ipo and her team will receive recognition for their continued excellent customer service and consideration for promotions for advancement or a bonus to their credit will be awarded!
