Self-Storage at U-Haul

Elevator is down, since 10/3/2025. Sign in photo paper that says elevator is down. Don’t call and ask about it bcuz the lady is grouchy and will ask you to call elevator service to come get it fixed. I am wondering what’s happening to the paid service of storage in order for the elevator to get fixed. They don’t care if elders have to climb the stairs to retrieve their items. Had to help a couple people already.

This is a good central location for a U-Haul. Rates are reasonable for all units types. They did a recent remodel on the ground floor to remove the 4x5 box units and replaced them with much larger units. Good staff always willing to listen and help. Only real downside is the small parking lot for rentals and renters. One elevator in the building. Plus you need to be aware of foot traffic in immediate area.

I forgot the lady that helped me on 2/11/25 around 6pm ish was so professional and polite. She was helping me and another customer came in and she was attentive to both of and never skipped beat. She seen me on the camera I assumed and she came out the door to greet me. I was in and out in no time. Thank you. P.S. let her know how AWESOME she was/is.
