Extra Space Storage

I went in to this location thinking I reserved for this address come to find out I was at the wrong location and even though I did not want to go any further. A receptionist name Mary saved me for going any further. She helped me with a unit they had available even though they didn’t have my original size she gave me a bigger one informed me it was going to be more but it was fine with me. She made me feel comfortable with getting a unit and she understood that I had the wrong location. I loved that she reassured me that I was fine with renting from them. She had a wonderful attitude and very helpful. There is a man that work with her and they both have wonderful attitudes m. I recommend this location and I will be back if needed in the future!! Thank you Mary for your kindness really appreciate you!!

The experience with the staff was overwhelming great. Mary was a bright light at the end of my tunnel and went above and beyond any store management staff I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer. She provided excellent Customer Service and great property management services. She shows a sincere commitment to making sure the customers are satisfied with the unit space, unit price and cleanliness of the property's grounds. Thank you so much for your help and support with my rental fees and due date adjustments. Mary, is the best!!!

Unique, Yucona were very helpful in assisting us with acquiring a small unit. We were given all the options and decided on a smaller unit. The storage facility was very clean ...I would recommend
