Extra Space Storage

Visited today to drop some boxes .The only way to describe the entrance to the building is that it looked like I was accessing a building in a ghetto. Dirty garbage scattered around and even a plastic gallon with a liquid substance that people entering were leaving dirty footprints on floor. Dirty and disgusting.

Rented here for several months but live in a different city. I had a very disappointing experience with this storage location. My email was entered incorrectly on my account, which caused issues accessing my information. When I called to get it corrected, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to assist. She didn’t listen at all to my questions. The woman manager I spoke with was extremely disrespectful, spoke over me, and ultimately hung up the phone instead of helping resolve the issue. This was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a manager. Because the situation was handled so poorly at the location level, I had to contact corporate to file a formal complaint. I would not recommend this location based on customer service alone. Basic account errors should be easy to fix, and customers should be treated with respect.im getting my items tomorrow and never doing business here again. 👎

Cris was the supervisor on duty and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the facility and the terms of service. I was in the process of shopping around for a new storage unit and was sold! She definitely earned my business! Thank you!!! 🙏
